General Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide meaningful services. Because our offerings include both digital and live experiences, refunds are handled differently depending on the type of service.

Digital Services (Tarot & Astrology Readings)

  • Once a reading has been delivered, it is considered a completed service and is non‑refundable.

  • If you experience technical issues (e.g., did not receive your reading due to email delivery problems), please contact us within 7 days, and we will resend or resolve the issue.

Live Sessions (Yoga, Classes, Workshops)

  • Cancellations by You:

    • You may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations by Us:

    • If we must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Technical Issues

If you encounter technical difficulties accessing a class or workshop, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to provide access or offer a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Refund Requests

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to leatherartbymido@gmail.com.

  • Please include your name, purchase details, and reason for the request.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once approved.

Exceptions

  • Gift cards, promotional offers, and discounted services are non‑refundable.

  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on personal expectations of outcomes (e.g., spiritual guidance results).
